Radical SR3
The Team Earle #39 Radical SR3 contests The Radical Cup Canada (RCC) presented by Michelin and sanctioned by FEL Motorsports.
Hand-crafted in the United Kingdom, the Radical SR3 is a prototype racecar designed to generate extremely high downforce and achieve a breathtaking top speed of 147 miles per hour, going from zero to sixty in only 3.1 seconds. Built for both performance and precision, this open-cockpit racecar is engineered to maximize aerodynamics, cornering ability, and overall track performance.
The SR3, now on its sixth model refresh, is equipped with a Suzuki Hayabusa-based four-cylinder engine, as well as a solid-state electrical system supplied by AiM Technologies to control its power and data logging functions. The vehicle also features a brand new, technologically-advanced steering wheel usually only found in high-level single-seaters and Le Mans Prototypes. Measuring 160.5 inches from end to end, its front wheels stand at 15 inches and its rear wheels at 16 inches.
The Radical SR3 is one of the most successful race cars of its kind, impressively balancing raw velocity with reliability. Its lightweight chassis and sleek, streamlined design enable it to compete in high-intensity racing events while remaining accessible to drivers who want to push their limits.
